1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at oasisymr@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

1.2 After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the product after receiving it as per our Return Policy (see below).

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.
  • Certain items, such as customized products, opened software, or consumables (thermal paste, etc.), are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.

2.2 Initiating a Return

To request a return, contact us at oasisymr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

2.3 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3.2 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at oasisymr@gmail.com.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items on clearance or sale (unless defective)

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days after approval, check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at oasisymr@gmail.com.
